        The Primary School Years   The first few years of formal schooling that a child receives are called the primary or elementary school.   Primary school is an important phase of your child’s life – the education they get in these years is the  foundation for their academic future. CBSE Revises Syllabus For The 2020-21 Academic Session

       The world has been struggling to battle the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic for almost a year now. As governments  strive to manage and contain the disease's spread, a state of emergency and nationwide lockdowns have become  the current norm. Schools have been closed since early last year, and students have suffered a loss of studies.  Keeping these limitations in mind, and given the NCERT and various stakeholders' suggestions, the CBSE has  rationalised the Grade 9-12 syllabus by 30% for the 2020-21 academic year. The CBSE academy session has been severely disrupted. The board decided to compensate the students for the  loss they suffered due to a reduction in classroom teaching, even though online classes are on. The CBSE has  given guidelines to schools to ensure that the learning outcomes for the students remain unaffected.
